Offer conditions:
The following criteria must be met in order to assemble your boards according to this calculation:
PCBs or panel
size: min. 40x40mm max. 250 x 250mm
Smallest component 0402- SOIC, PLCC, TSOP, QFP's, smallest grid 0.5mm
We need data for the solder paste stencil, preferably an Ext.Gerber RS-274x or Eagle / Target3001 board file.
Notes on the provision of SMD components:
Offer refers to deliveries of tape sections with a lead time of approx. 20cm or re-reels / full rolls.
Please note that components can be lost during
setup and assembly. Approx. 10% more small components should be delivered.
ICs etc. at least 1 more (depending on the type of packaging, legs may be damaged or bent)
We have resistors and capacitors in the common designs in stock
or have special conditions with our usual suppliers. We would be happy to send you an offer for purchasing the components including assembly by our company. Please send us your request to info@hsb-electronics.de
Notes on production:
The delivery is only made in lead-free according to RoHS
The assembled circuit board is visually inspected; we accept no liability for errors in the parts list or circuit
diagram.
The offer includes one-off costs for the project setup and the templates, these are only charged once. These costs are waived for reproduction orders!
